"Nazi hunter" speaks at Case School of Law
Eli Rosenbaum, a guest speaker at the Case School of Law's annual Klasky Seminar on Human Rights, has made a career of seeking justice for those wronged during the Holocaust.

Eli Rosenbaum, the "Nazi Hunter," spoke last Wednesday at the Case Law School about the changes that have come about in the world since WWII. Rosenbaum is a prosecuting lawyer out of Washington D.C. Since becoming director of Office of Special Investigations (OSI), his career has made him famous for the deportation and prosecution of many Nazis hiding in America and dozens of other countries. Arts and Sciences faculty votes no confidence

Yesterday, faculty members of the College of Arts and Sciences voted 131-44 for no confidence in President Edward Hundert and 97-68 for no confidence in Provost John Anderson. The special meeting, which took place in Amassa Stone Chapel, was called to discuss a no confidence issue against Hundert and Anderson, and culminated in a vote by the faculty of the College of Arts and Sciences.[read more]

Senior Andrew Impastato overcame an injury earlier this season to give the Spartans some needed energy down the stretch.

Senior Carson Oren will graduate this year as Case's all-time leading scorer and rebounder. Fittingly, Oren led the Spartans in scoring and rebounding one last time as Case defeated Emory, 89-78, on Saturday at Horsburgh Gymnasium.The Spartans started the game with a level of confidence that they had not shown earlier in the season. Perhaps this was due to the Spartans' victory over the Eagles in the UAA opener on Jan. 7 or the Eagles' 4-9 conference record.[read more]
