In a million-plus years, art has evolved from drawings scratched on walls to pixels painted in cyberspace, check out the advance art has made in the Museum of Contemporary Art's exhibit All Digital. The exhibit features works by such digital artists as Finland's Charles Sandison, New York's John F. Simon Jr., and Austria's Christa Somerer and Laurent Mignonneau. The annual .E.M.I.T festival of homegrown work by Cleveland Institute of Art students argues otherwise. .E.M.I.T 2006, open to all CIA students, will showcase the best film and digital shorts made during the past year, including 2-D and 3-D animation, drama, documentary, comedy, and experimental work.
