6 p.m. 4th Annual Med School Mixer in 1914 Lounge. Dinner with students attending Case School of Medicine to form close bonds. Students will have a chance to request med students as their mentors. Saturday, Nov. 18

3 p.m. Nabe Party in Guilford Dining Hall. Students are invited to try Japanese Hot Pot, where people add ingredients to a boiling pot of broth and slowly wait for the dish to cook. It is a popular Japanese winter tradition. Sponsored by Japan Connection.

5:45 p.m. Taste of Asia in Thwing Ballroom. Asian cultural celebration with food and a professional performance group. Sponsored by Asian American Alliance.

6:30 p.m. African Cuisine Expo at the Spot. A showcase of diverse African entrees. $5 children, $7 adults. Sponsored by Case African Students' Association.

Sunday, Nov. 19

3 p.m. Thanksgiving Dinner in Wade Fireside, an opportunity for students who are unable to go home for Thanksgiving to have a Thanksgiving dinner, play games, and watch football. Sponsored by Navigators Christian Fellowship.

Wednesday, Nov.29

10 a.m. Free hot chocolate at the Heart of Campus, outside of Thwing. Sponsored by Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship.

Thursday, Nov. 30

7 p.m. Media Bias Debate in Strosacker Auditorium. Media critics Jeff Cohen and Cliff Kincaid will discuss media bias, blogs, and alternative media sources. Sponsored by University Programming Board.

8 p.m. MaDaCol Fall Performance at Mather Dance Center. Sponsored by MaDaCol.
