Executive Board Reports
President Neil Ursic reported that there are now openings available in the General Assembly for interested parties.
VP Development Myles Nickolich reported on the creation of two block meal plans, as well as security issues. There will be increased security on Southside, the emergency phones are being improved, and a new bicycle rack will be going in. Greenie routes are being determined for after the opening of the Adelbert Bridge on Dec. 15.
VP Finance David Gasser reported that the finance committee size has been capped, with 13 representatives selected.
VP Academic Affairs Dustin Fisher announced that his committee will be meeting with Dean Wolcowitz to discuss the class overload limit and the study abroad program. The minimum credit hour requirement will remain at 12 hours.
VP Public Relations Adam Rupe asked for input via evaluation forms to be passed out at committee meetings and for volunteers for the Thwing Studyover.
Open Forum
The smoking referenda discussed at the open forum will be put to a student vote during the first two weeks of classes next semester, Jan. 16-26.
