Rules implemented for Thwing wall
Letters to the Editor
To the Editor:
After discussing the new wall constructed behind Thwing and its intentions, the Student Executive Council has decided on a set of rules for the use of the wall. These rules are meant to be self-regulatory and alleviate the confusion surrounding its use.
1. Any member(s) of the Case Community may use this wall for promoting campus events and informing the student body.
2. Painting on the wall can only take place after 12am and before 6 am, to allow for one full day of exposure.
3. No obscenities, profanity, or hurtful messages are allowed.

Student Executive Council Chairman
