On Tuesday, Bon Appétit, Case's dining services provider, participated in the annual Eat Local Challenge in Leutner and Fribley dining halls. In these locations, all food served had to be made from ingredients sourced from within 150 miles of campus. Information was made available to students about the benefits of locally grown food and what local growing processes entail.
