Temporary ITS locations in Nord Hall and Leutner Commons will address students’ technology questions as the Fall semester begins.

For those who need help need help with technology, Information Technology Services (ITS) will bring its services from its Customer Assistance, Resource and Education (CARE) center to other locations on campus.

On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the first two weeks of the academic year, ITS technicians will be available in more places to offer help to students, staff and others.

“We’re trying to have more of a presence around campus because quite a lot of people are coming over to KSL,” said ITS technician Anthony Banks. “This will also give the freshmen a chance to know us.”

Technicians will be in the atrium of Nord Hall from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, they will be in the lower level of Leutner Commons right outside The Spot from 10 a.m. – 3p.m. No appointment is needed and anyone can walk up with their smartphone, tablet, computer or questions for individualized technology support.

Outside of these extra location hours, the ITS@ KSL CARE center is still available on the lower level of KSL. The center is open 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. – 4p.m. on Saturdays.
