NCAA Champs Honored at Homecoming Halftime

Case Western Reserve University’s two most recent national champions will be honored during homecoming on Saturday. During halftime of the Spartan’s football game against Allegheny College, CWRU will honor junior wrestler Isaac Dukes and track and field graduate Obinna Nwanna. Dukes and Nwanna are to be recognized for their outstanding accomplishments in 2010. Dukes won the Division III National Championship at 149-pounds while Nwanna ended his storied collegiate career by winning the decathlon Nation Championship at the Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships that were held at nearby Baldwin-Wallace College.
