The Observer

Matthew Hooke
Matt Hooke, The Observer’s Arts and Entertainment editor, is a third-year student studying English. This is his first year as A&E editor after a year as a staff reporter. Matt spent the last two summers working at the Montgomery County Sentinel. There his reporting broke the Sentinel’s views record twice and won tri-state awards for feature writing and investigative reporting. He contributes to the All About Jazz website. When not at The Observer, Matt can be found playing guitar or bass, wasting money on poker, interviewing people on WRUW, and developing a taste for free form jazz.  If you want to talk about art, music or pasta recipes, send him an email here: mgh57@case.edu
