Women No. 14, men No. 35 in Division III
The Case Western Reserve University men’s and women’s cross country teams moved up in the latest national rankings of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association poll. The Spartans, who were idle from competition last week, both moved up in the rankings. The No. 14 women, who were fifteenth, moved up a spot, and the men cracked into the rankings at No. 35.

The Spartans also sent non-scorers to the Behrend Invitational in Erie, Penn. on Sept. 15.

One week later, the team finished fifth out of 19 teams at the same Knight Invitational. Select non-scoring student-athletes also took part in the Behrend Invitational on Sept. 15.
The team returns to action this Saturday, Sept. 29 at the All-Ohio Championship hosted by Cedarville University at 2 p.m.
