Join our editorial board
Each year, the Observer must appoint an editorial board for the following school year. We are currently hiring for the 2025-2026 academic year, with all positions open. They are listed below. Any current undergraduate or graduate student is welcome to apply. Incoming first-year students are also eligible.
If you are interested in joining The Observer's editorial board, please use the form below to apply. Applications are due May 15. We ask that each applicant submits a resume and a single cover letter - even if they are applying for multiple positions, which we welcome. Resumes should be approximately one page long and cover letters should be one page or less in length. In your cover letter, please explain why you want the position, detail how your experiences would help you succeed and mention any ideas you have for the position, itself, or The Observer as a whole.
