Career Center to host resume review

The Career Center is teaming up with Weatherhead Undergraduate Programs to offer a resume workshop for undergraduate students. The program is aimed at helping students fine-tune their credentials before the upcoming “Get Experienced Fair,” hosted by the Case Western Reserve University Career Center.

The resume workshop is being held next Wednesday, Jan. 30, from noon to 1 p.m. in the undergraduate student center on the second floor of the Peter B. Lewis Building. The event is part of Weatherhead Undergraduate Programs’ weekly Happy Hour program.

Ashley Clifford Johnson, a student advisor in Weatherhead, said, “Undergraduate Happy Hour is an hour of awesome in the undergraduate student center every Wednesday.”

“The representative from the career center will be really helpful for students that are trying to get ready for the ‘Get Experienced Fair,’ because it is only a couple of weeks later,” Johnson continued.

The “Get Experienced Fair” is planned for Thursday, Feb. 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Adelbert Gym. Before the fair, students are encouraged to log onto CWRUlink to apply for some of the over 700 jobs and internships that are posted there.
