KSL hosts study break Monday

With exams looming on the horizon, students of Case Western Reserve University are likely to become increasingly stressed. To help alleviate this, the Personal Librarian Program is planning a Study Break in Kelvin Smith Library on the first and second floors this Monday, Dec. 10. Activities will be available for first year students from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and games will be available for all students from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

This study break features many relaxing and stress-relieving activities. Video games are available and include a “Half-Life Death Match” tournament, “Mario Kart,” “Wii Sports,” and “Just Dance 4.” A free one hour yoga session is available from One-to-One Fitness from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. In addition, students may create a snowflake for fun and win prizes.

In order to assist students who need help studying, the Study Break also has last-minute tutoring available from Educational Services for Students and Personal Librarians. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
