Ern is a third-year Mathematics student with minors in Spanish and Computer Science. In addition to writing for the Observer, she is leading an engineering project in Costa Rica for Humanitarian Design Corps, redesigning the Young Writers of Cleveland magazine, and working on implementing a plastic film recycling program in shopping centers in Cleveland. As a result, she does not have a life. Ern is ready to drop all of her extracurricular activities next semester, get some quality sleep, and, just maybe, write more for the Observer.
