This weekend:

Players Theater Group tries their hand at recreating the classic Alice in Wonderland for their first production of the school year. After the opening night performance, Improvment will be doing an impromptu set at 10 p.m. immediately following the show. Alice will run for three days; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Time: 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday & 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

The Cleveland Ingenuity Festival takes place this weekend, showcasing everything awesome about Cleveland culture. Acrobats, thespians, musicians, artists, and engineers all participate in this downtown street fair to present new advancements in the entertainment, science, and business realms. Live performances, gallery walks, and movie screenings, and food vendors are all part of the fun.

Time: Friday, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Saturday, 12 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Sunday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Grog Shop celebrates its 18th birthday with a three day party-palooza. DJs perform for the crowd free on Friday. On Saturday Holy F*ck, Indian Jewelry, and Teengirl Fantasy take the stage. Last but not least on Sunday, Built to Spill and Revolt Revolt play.
