Friday, October 8 to Saturday, October 9

Endurance trials are always fascinating, but few are likely as enjoyable to watch as the music department’s student group, M.U.S.I.C.’s 24 Hour Perform-A-Palooza. Formerly known as the 24 Hour Recital, the group changed the event’s name in an attempt to help the event seem less formal, and to encourage non-majors to get involved. Any sort of performance is welcome at the event, and M.U.S.I.C. hopes to host everything from classical solo performances to staged readings to whistling improvisation. There’s no obligation to spend the entire 24 hours at Harkness, but all are welcome to stop by even just for a little bit to see what unique talents the student body at CWRU possesses.

Time: 4 p.m. Friday to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Location: Harkness Chapel.

Cost: Free.
