What: Lighthouse Reading Series: Renee Gladman and Dave Lucas

Where: The Galleries at Cleveland State University (CSU)

When: 7-8 p.m.

Notes: Poet Dave Lucas and essayist Renee Gladman will be the guests at the final Lighthouse Reading Series of the academic year, organized by the CSU Poetry Center.

 

What: Transgender Day of Visibility

Where: Case Western Reserve University LGBT Center

When: 7-9 p.m.

Notes: The CWRU LGBT Center celebrates Transgender Day of Visibility with a dinner, an open mic, karaoke, crafts and games.

 

What: Net Night

Where: Veale Center

When: 7-11 p.m.

Notes: Club Badminton and Table Tennis are collaborating to bring students “Net Night,” a night of competition, prizes and food.

 

What: UPBeats: The Mowgli’s

Where: The Jolly Scholar

When: 9-11 p.m.

Notes: Marshall and the Molson Twins will open for The Mowgli’s, and UPB will be giving away phone wallets and t-shirts.

What: Easter Sweet Treats

Where: Shaker’s Square Farmers’ Market

When: 9 a.m. – noon

Notes: Get your favorite Easter pastries at the North Union Farmers’ Market and prepare for Easter Sunday.

 

What: Learning Circle: Puerto Rican History and Culture

Where: Cleveland Public Library

When: 10 a.m.

Notes: Learn about this U.S. territory at this introduction to Puerto Rican history and culture. The course will continue every Saturday until April 21.

 

What: Dodgeball Tournament

Where: Veale Natatorium

When: 1-5 p.m.

Notes: Camp Kesem hosts a dodgeball tournament fundraiser with a $20 entrance fee for a team of six.

 

What: Revival premiere of Ingmar Bergman’s “Persona”

Where: Cleveland Institute of Art

When: 6:50 p.m.

Notes: First released in 1966, “Persona” is one of Bergman’s most celebrated works and has influenced many other filmmakers since its release.
