What is your biggest goal for USG in the 2014-2015 Academic Year?
After completing my first year at Case, I definitely see some ways the first year experience can be improved. I would like to see some more consistency with SAGES classes. In addition, I would like to help improve first year advising.

Other campus positions outside of USG:
Undergraduate Researcher in Dr. Mohan Sankaran’s Laboratory. Reviewer for Discussions. Member of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity.

Prior USG experience / initiatives undertaken
Served as a First Year Representative for Clarke Tower. As a member of the IT Committee, co-authored a resolution requiring departments to update their websites with relevant information about courses, professors, etc. at least once a semester.

What is the biggest issue you see your position having to face? How do you specifically plan on tackling it?
One of the biggest issues I think I will face as a representative is gathering feedback from my constituents. I plan to tackle this issue by approaching my constituents often to gather their opinions on important issues instead of just waiting for them to come to me.
