CWRU Thoughts

The Case Western Reserve University community is known for thinking beyond the possible. Each week, this column aims to capture a slice of campus life.

Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life?
A: That’d be my mom, for sure. There’s no other person in my life who comes close to doing what she’s done for me. She’s taken care of me for 18 years, she’s financed my college education and she’s pretty much tried to get me whatever I’ve wanted in life. I can’t thank her enough.

Q: Do you have any specific memories of your mom being there for you?
A: She’s been there for me when I’ve lost best friends, and she has been understanding and helped calm me down in those times of need. Those have been some of the sweetest things she’s done.
